We do basements. Lots of basements. This has to be one of our favorites! After water intrusion, we were the next call after foundation trenching and waterproofing. We eliminated a center island with useless columns, expanded the finished area footprint, trashed the drop ceiling and replaced with can lighting and drywall throughout. The cherry on top ended with a full fireplace overhaul with solid white oak mantle and quartz hearth. Check out the before and after!
