I was referred to Jake by a neighbor. He returned my call promptly and texted me to inform me of a date he could begin replacing our fence and gate. He even came out the day before to introduce himself and give an accurate estimate. He said he would begin work at 9 AM that Monday and he kept his word. He was prompt and efficient each day. He took such pride in his work and even returned 2 extra days to replace wood that he felt was insufficient. He kept me informed of his plans and work through texts. He is a class act! I have never met a more polite and courteous person to do work on my home. I will definitely call him again. His work ethic and final product are both phenomenal!!!

Looking at all these overwhelmingly positive reviews…it looks like they certainly don’t need mine! But I’ll echo what others have already said, and add that even if you have a relatively smaller job like I did–and the patience to wait a bit while they work you in–it’s worth it. They make time for you, they treat you like a major client, and they pay attention to all the smallest details. Having been burned by a number of contractors, it’s refreshing to see two guys who are not only talented craftsmen–they take pride in their work–and obsess over the details. Well done!
