There are so many great photos from our shoot of this stunning new bathroom for the Millers of Roswell, but here is a sneak peek of their glorious new space!

This triangular shaped primary received a complete overhaul, starting with a tub delete to make way for a relocated custom inset panel, double vanity and enlarged walk-in shower. Heated floors tame the large format floor tile, beautiful glass tile encase the shower walls, accentuated by frameless glass, touches of polished nickel hardware throughout, new recessed and wall mount light fixtures, and hidden towel warmer under a cozy bench for the coldest of days.

The pictures of this space, even with all the natural light flowing from the vaulted windows above do not do it justice. This bath is simply put;

First Class, fit for a King and Queen.

Swoon Friday, brought to you by our latest kitchen remodel for the Virgil’s of East Cobb.

The attention to detail and design on this project makes it one of our favorite one-offs. This transformation from split kitchen/dining to open galley style is an entertaining chefs dream. Textures galore with leathered build-up tops, a mix of solid and Rubio Monocoat finished cabinetry, custom range hood and solid surface backsplash, vertical shiplap and tall board and batten wrap the space, topped with thoughtfully selected wall coverings and unique fixtures throughout.

We relocated the stairway for better visibility to the back yard from the downstairs patio, decked in Trex composite, black aluminum balusters, recessed LED lighting, and white pine tongue and groove ceiling.

After wood cures, this deck will receive a stain and sealer.

Here at the Bowie’s of East Cobb, we took there early 70’s split to new levels with a complete clear out of the main floor. What once housed walls of compartmentalized living, dining and kitchen spaces is now an open entertainers dream, with oversized island, full length bar and room to welcome an abundance of friends!

Beautiful natural stone countertops that wrap up the backsplash, custom wood range hood, new hardwoods that warm the space throughout, and details of brass and boho flair to set the tone.

This fresh new bathroom is as one-off as it gets! Completely client design led, the McLeods of East Cobb absolutely knocked it out of the park when it comes to bold elegance!

This space was completely transformed by relocating nearly every aspect to make for better functional use, provide for larger his/her vanities, a posh insulated soaking tub and a walk-in shower fit for King and Queen. And King and Queen they are!

The room is wrapped with beautiful blue vertical stacked tile, gorgeous natural wood vanities with accents of brass throughout. Touches of detail with built in wall niches and arched doorway; what could you not love about stepping into this space after a long day?!

Here’s a sneak peek at our latest primary bath + closet addition for the Radler’s of East Cobb.

We expanded the primary bathroom footprint into the old closet area, adding nearly 100% more workable space. We then built out a completely new walk-in, vaulted ceiling closet adjacent to the new primary bath providing a plethora of closet cabinetry and hanging room, with moody up lighting and chandelier.

The bathroom now boasts his/hers independant vanities, beautifully tiled walk-in shower with frameless glass, freestanding soaker tub with floor mount filler and a warm and soothing recessed fireplace to seal the deal. Windows were also added for natural lighting and a view!

Who wouldn’t want to prepare themselves for the day in this gorgeous new space?!

Here’s to our first completed basement finish of 2024! We took this already gorgeous home in East Cobb to the next level by finishing off the remaining portion of their basement for a new entertainment room and home gym.

Zoned HVAC, LVP floors, new recessed lighting and ceiling fans, integrated home audio, custom dry bar wrapped in floor to ceiling shiplap, and a pair of the largest sliding barn doors we’ve ever built to separate the spaces when needed.

Here’s to our latest outdoor living build for the Caines of Alpharetta! Their uncovered deck was unusable in the summer and in need of an overhaul. We revamped in all new Biscayne Trex decking, added an open air gabled roof with painted white pine tongue and groove ceiling and exposed beams, new lighting fixtures throughout and dual element heaters for warmth in the cooler months. We even expanded a corner of the stair landing to serve as a hidden, but accessible and functional grilling area.

Imagine yourself swinging in the cozy hanging chair, warm shoulders from the heaters just above and looking across this backyard oasis.

The idea was to convert their small, single vanity primary bath to an on-suite for an adjacent upstairs guest room, while utilizing the large open space to become the new primary bath. And that’s just what we did!

Large format tile on the floors, beautiful freestanding tub, frameless glass walk-in shower, 84” dual vanity w/ quartz tops, and an expanded his and hers walk-in closet, fully outfitted with new closet system.
