Here’s a sneak peek at our latest primary bath + closet addition for the Radler’s of East Cobb.

We expanded the primary bathroom footprint into the old closet area, adding nearly 100% more workable space. We then built out a completely new walk-in, vaulted ceiling closet adjacent to the new primary bath providing a plethora of closet cabinetry and hanging room, with moody up lighting and chandelier.

The bathroom now boasts his/hers independant vanities, beautifully tiled walk-in shower with frameless glass, freestanding soaker tub with floor mount filler and a warm and soothing recessed fireplace to seal the deal. Windows were also added for natural lighting and a view!

Who wouldn’t want to prepare themselves for the day in this gorgeous new space?!

Here’s to our first completed basement finish of 2024! We took this already gorgeous home in East Cobb to the next level by finishing off the remaining portion of their basement for a new entertainment room and home gym.

Zoned HVAC, LVP floors, new recessed lighting and ceiling fans, integrated home audio, custom dry bar wrapped in floor to ceiling shiplap, and a pair of the largest sliding barn doors we’ve ever built to separate the spaces when needed.

Here’s our latest outdoor transformation for the Pridgen’s of Atlanta, utilizing their existing porch and gabled roof setup to accommodate this beautiful gas fireplace, inclusive of brick veneer facia and hearth, board and batten wrap and a one off custom oak mantle.

We’ve been busy this year… Very busy, creating custom spaces for our awesome clients to enjoy!

(…but, we’ve done a poor job sharing those with you along the way, so we’ll be sure to do better this coming year)

Here’s to our latest outdoor living build for the Caines of Alpharetta! Their uncovered deck was unusable in the summer and in need of an overhaul. We revamped in all new Biscayne Trex decking, added an open air gabled roof with painted white pine tongue and groove ceiling and exposed beams, new lighting fixtures throughout and dual element heaters for warmth in the cooler months. We even expanded a corner of the stair landing to serve as a hidden, but accessible and functional grilling area.

Imagine yourself swinging in the cozy hanging chair, warm shoulders from the heaters just above and looking across this backyard oasis.

Brent and Trevor, two of Turner Blair’s finest, knocked this one out of the park, taking this dated space and turning it into a clean and classy, spa like retreat. Here’s a fun transformation for you! It’s our latest primary bath remodel for the Durkee’s of East Cobb!

The idea was to convert their small, single vanity primary bath to an on-suite for an adjacent upstairs guest room, while utilizing the large open space to become the new primary bath. And that’s just what we did!

Large format tile on the floors, beautiful freestanding tub, frameless glass walk-in shower, 84” dual vanity w/ quartz tops, and an expanded his and hers walk-in closet, fully outfitted with new closet system. The carpet was replaced with stunning oak hardwoods to complete the feel. Check out the before and afters!

Go big, or go home! That’s exactly what the Fash’s of East Cobb did when they decided to tear down their multi-tiered deck and turn it into a true outdoor living space with gabled screen porch.

This nearly 600 sq/ft deck boasts an outdoor invitation with Trex composite decking, black aluminum deco rails, white pine tongue and groove ceiling, recessed lighting, oversized ceiling fan and wall mounted TV. What more could you ask for on these cool Spring mornings!?

This past week, Turner Blair sponsored the Junior class of Walton High School for our second consecutive year in the Homecoming Parade. The Junior float builders did such a fantastic job!

On Monday, Turner Blair supported The Circle For Children Golf Tournament by sponsoring the “Closest to Pin” award and playing in the tourney at Indian Hills Country Club. The weather and cause couldn’t have been better!

Out with the old, and in with the “New!” That’s exactly what we did to transform this primary bathroom for the New’s of East Cobb.

Complete gut w/ tub and linen closet delete, and the relocation of toilet and shower to make for a much better use of the space. What once was a cavernous shower stall is now spacious and elegant, with frameless glass and brass fixtures. The vanity was enlarged, with additional storage gained from the center tower. Beautiful natural stone top, new floor tile throughout and mirror flanking wall sconces make this one heck of a transformation! What do you think?!

In this phased whole home remodel for the Holman’s of Brookhaven, we’ve completed 4 of their 6 guest baths this week, converting 3 of the 4 from tubs to walk-in showers. All bathrooms received new tile throughout, glass shower and tub enclosures, refinished vanities, quartz countertops, and all new plumbing and lighting fixtures. Each bathroom was uniquely designed with future guests in mind.

This client driven design began with a wall removal to open up the space, partial cabinet re-work, soffit reduction and details galore. Cabinets were refinished in SW “Pristine Wilderness,” beautiful bright quartz counters, antique brass hardware and lighting fixtures, high relief tiled accent wall at the new coffee bar, custom wood floating shelf and new LVP floors throughout the main level… and the homeowner was so excited on shoot day, we just couldn’t keep her out of the frame 😉

In this recent kitchen overhaul for the Altobelli’s of Marietta, we did just that with zero impact to the beautiful existing hardwoods. We did remove the empty soffit to allow for full height uppers, installed all new cabinetry, quartzite countertops, natural stone backsplash, and converted a desk area into a fully functional dry bar.
